Renewable Energy Production & Storage

Harnessing the Sun

With emerging advances and rapid adoption of photovoltaic technologies, the cost/efficiency ratio is improving such that both residential and commercial installations are enjoying a higher power yield and lower overall cost.

While solar and wind electric generation is growing to become viable sources of power, the greatest hurdle remains the discrepancy between generation and consumption. The delay between time of generation and the hours of peak grid consumption invokes need for massive power storage in order to truly harness this clean energy source.

Over the Sun maintains research into and pursuit of emerging technologies in the field of renewable energy. Over the Sun works closely with Northern Colorado's Collins Control & Electric and New Mexico based The Solar Biz for the design and installation of both off-grid and grid-tied PV systems.
